Revolabs had a busy week in London showcasing the recently launched Yamaha CS-700 at two simultaneous events May 17th
. The Yamaha CS-700 Video Sound Collaboration System for huddle rooms is the first of many joint products coming to the market by the Yamaha UC and Revolabs teams.
The first show Revolabs appeared at was UC Expo London. The expo is the largest unified communications and collaboration event in Europe with attendees including end users, consultants, resellers and distributors. The Revolabs booth had a constant flow of attendees and the Yamaha CS-700 was the main topic of conversation receiving excellent feedback. The “set-it-and-forget-it” and remote management features were especially liked by IT professionals. They could see that time typically spent on maintaining and troubleshooting multiple spaces would significantly be decreased with the product.
The second show was the NEC Solutions Showcase which is an annual collaboration event that features
NEC’s trusted partners and their collaboration solutions. Attendees experience real-life environments, learn about new solutions and discover and compare technologies. Russell Harpham, VP of Sales for EMEA at Revolabs was seen showing attendees a live feed that was connected to the Revolabs’ booth at UC Expo. Utilizing the solution in a live environment helped attendees see the technology that was used to create it. Attendees could also see themselves in the setup. Adjusting their positioning helped display the camera’s 120°
field of view that is needed for small huddle room environments.
Revolabs and Yamaha UC will be continuing our presence at events around the globe to display the Yamaha CS-700. Next up is InfoComm 2017 in Orlando, Florida, USA.
