Martin Bodley, President, Chief Executive Officer
Martin Bodley co-founded Revolabs, Inc. in 2005 to capitalize on his broad technical and managerial experience in the wireless industry. Prior to Revolabs, Martin was CEO and founder of Maestro Inc., a successful OEM development and supplier to major brands such as Motorola and Body Glove. At GNNetcom, Mr. Bodley was responsible for instituting and growing a $70 million wireless product line. Martin Bodley is widely recognized as an innovator and expert in wireless technologies, having authored papers and been been issued many patents throughout his career.
JP Carney, Chief Operating Officer
Co-founder of Revolabs, JP Carney has more than 15 years experience in wireless technology at companies like Raytheon, M/A-Com and most recently, Analog Devices. While at Analog Devices, a world-renowned semiconductor company, JP developed and implemented strategic road maps attacking key wireless market segments for the company. JP developed and grew one RF product line focusing on the cellular market from $800K in revenue to more than $30M in revenue with greater than 60% gross margins in just three years. In addition, JP developed company wide strategic plans for the development and implementation of IP in the open ISM bands that include Wireless LAN and Bluetooth.
He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts, respectively, as well as an MBA from Babson College.
Gregory Shalov, Senior Vice President
Gregory Shalov is responsible for the worldwide sales effort for Revolabs FLX™ line of business. Previously, Gregory co-founded Finger Lakes Capital Partners LLC. He also has experience as an Associate at Hampshire Equity Partners, a middle market leveraged buyout firm with $850 Million in capital under management. There he served as an interim CFO for several technology companies. Gregory began his career at Warburg Dillon Read LLC, where he was an Analyst in the Global Food and Consumer Products group and worked on many of the largest food mergers in history.
Gregory received a B.A. in Economics and History from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received The Comfort Star Prize in Economics and History, and The Hanson Prize in Economics.
Mark Hardardt, Vice President of Global Sales
Mark Hardardt is responsible for leading the worldwide sales organization for Revolabs. Mark brings over 25 years of sales and management experience worldwide. His success in leading global sales teams to record growth as a senior sales and business development executive has ranged from start-up companies to large multinational enterprise companies including IBM, Lotus and Novell. Mark transformed sales organizations by implementing consultative solution selling to increase revenue in all of his assignments, including Ektron and GN Netcom.
Mark holds an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manhattan College.
Peter Hemme, Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer Peter Hemme has over 20 years of senior and executive-level experience in financial and operations management. Prior to Revolabs, Peter was the CFO and Treasurer of Lodestar Corporation which was sold to Oracle Corporation in May 2007. Similar to his position at Revolabs, he was responsible for Accounting, Finance, IT, Human Resources and Legal operations there. Peter held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller at Sonus Networks Inc., where he completed a successful IPO and two secondary offerings raising over $290M. He has held various other positions where he honed his ability to improve profits, raise capital, and manage corporate acquisitions and integrations.
Peter has an MBA from Boston University, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brandeis University.
Jon Schau, Vice President of Engineering
Prior to joining Revolabs, Jon held Vice President of Engineering positions at Way Systems, a mobile POS startup, Polycom and PictureTel. He has a record of successfully balancing the delivery of new technology products with high quality customer care. Prior to PictureTel, he held a number of development and management positions at CNR, an RF communications startup, and at GTE Strategic Systems, a supplier of command and control systems.
Jon received a Master of Computer Science degree from Northeastern University.
